To highlight the rental emergency, Shelter and Andrew Gaynord bring a rogue letting agent to the UK high street.

The campaign by Pablo London is part of Shelter’s wider initiative to lobby the government to address the housing crisis, which currently puts millions of shelters at risk.

The film puts the UK’s housing emergency into the spotlight in the form of rogue letting agency Only Choice Lettings, aiming to shed light on the horrific housing conditions people in the UK are forced to live in. All the properties mentioned in the campaign are real lettings reported to Shelter. These include cases of abusive landlords, asbestos ridden flats, mould, no heating, no toilet and other unliveable conditions people are forced to deal with.

The campaign will run across Youtube, socials, print and online in April and May.
