Thomas Ormonde
Got into filmmaking at a young age, inspired by the idyllic concoction of the idle boredom of childhood mixed with his Dad storing a mini DV camera on a reachable shelf. First films were (at best) experimental and (more often than not) entirely pointless.
Tom’s an adult now and has improved somewhat, making colourful, comedic films with eccentric, eye popping characters. Claims to have given Brian De Palma the best BLT he’s ever had. (Won’t take any further questions on that.)
